He stated that Alabama has a “grandparents rights bill,” and that he has filed a lawsuit against the mother to have visitation with his granddaughter.
He claims that when he texts her, she answers two days later, saying the grandbaby has a cold or is sleeping, and so on.
Rickey was irritated Monday morning after being denied access to granddaughter on Easter Sunday.
