According to Osceola County authorities, a Florida pastor was detained after reportedly sexually assaulting a church member twice at his house.
After a lady informed authorities that Eddy Noelsaint, 51, had sexually assaulted her twice at his house and had allegedly drugged her once in 2022, he was arrested on two counts of sexual violence.
The lady claimed to have been in Noelsaint’s home on July 15, 2022, partaking in what she believed to be a “spiritual revival as part of her cultural and religious beliefs.” She was given a spiritual grandma who is Noelsaint’s wife after her baptism at his church, according to an arrest document.

The woman was told to take a shower before Noelsaint’s wife departed that evening for work at 7 o’clock. According to reports, Noelsaint approached her as he entered the washroom but she turned him down.
Later that night, Noelsaint brought the woman a cup of green tea and kept checking in with her to see how she was doing. She complained of feeling unwell, so Noelsaint gave her two medications, which caused her a headache and made her sleepy. He gave her two more tablets a couple of hours later, and when she felt her heart beating, she urged Noelsaint to phone 911, according to authorities.
After that, he brought her into another room and assaulted her sexually. The following day, he also seized her wedding ring, informing her that it was cursed with evil spirits. He said he tossed the ring away when she begged for it back.
A few months later, in November 2022, she returned to Noelsaint’s home under the impression that she would be meeting with his wife and being taken to look at flats.
An arrest document says that Noelsaint was there and assaulted the woman sexually a second time.
Noelsaint met with police on February 28, 2023, and originally gave them different accounts of both instances. Afterwards he admitted to abusing the woman sexually.
The Osceola County Jail received his booking.
