Michael B. Jordan had a special moment on the Atlanta Creed III Red Carpet. Jordan kept her waiting as he spoke with another media outlets. He hasn’t forgotten how this young lady treated him in high school, and he showed it over the weekend when he ran into her after she confessed teasing the “corny” boy from Newark.

Lore’l, a podcast personality, had used MBJ’s name to gain credibility on her program, bragging about how she and her pals would make fun of him in high school.
“To be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let’s start there, and he was no Michael Jordan. And he also would come to school with a headshot,” she derided.
Her Co-Host Dominique also made fun of his Valentine’s Day gift to his then-girlfriend Lori Harvey, renting out an aquarium for the two of them to enjoy.
Dominique said it proved Jordan was a “nice, corny guy.”
But time and destiny came for the actor-turned-Creed III director, when the Morning Hustle personality Lore’l introduced him to her camera saying, “We go way back,” to which Jordan said, “Yeah, the corny kid, right?”
“Well, you’re not corny anymore,” Lore’l said, as Jordan ignored the comment and walked on down the red carpet.
Jordan kept it professional afterward, plugging Creed III, describing the “family vibe” on the movie and how it was “amazing” to be back in Atlanta, where he was attending a screening of the movie for HBCUs.
The movie is the best Creed to date! It’s not one that you should miss! Michael (the corny guy) did his good, good acting and directing in this film! Make it a family event and let’s break the box office opening weekend! Everyone that has ever been bullied should turnup!
Creed III opens March 3.
