A pastor from Clifton Flat Alliance Church New Castle was arrested in connection with a child sex sting in Mahoning County, Ohio.

Mills faces four felonies including unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
His arrest was part of an anti-human trafficking operation that included the arrest of 179 people and the rescue of 45 children.

The Butler County Community College said Mills is on a leave of absence and his current class has been reassigned to another instructor.
Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 reached out to the Lawrence County District Attorney’s Office to learn if they were in contact with Ohio investigators for any alleged potential wrongdoing by Mills in Pennsylvania, but an office representative said they were not.
