Police arrested a man early Wednesday after finding him passed out in his vehicle in the drive-thru of a North Little Rock Taco Bell, according to an arrest report.
Colton Seth Naylor, 21, of North Little Rock was taken into custody around 2:25 a.m. on three charges: two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of drug paraphernalia.
Officers were called to the Taco Bell at 4324 Camp Robinson Road in reference to a male passed out behind the wheel.
At the restaurant, police found Naylor sitting in the driver’s seat and appearing to be asleep, the report said. He was then asked to step out of the vehicle.
During a pat-down search, authorities found a clear plastic bag in his left front pocket that contained suspected marijuana, police said.
Also found in his vehicle were a digital scale, clear pipes and a grinder, the report states.
Naylor’s name did not appear in an online inmate roster for the Pulaski County jail as of around 9 a.m. Wednesday. He has a court appearance set for Thursday.
