A 55-year-old man was reportedly beaten with a club Wednesday night after confronting his employer about not being paid for working nearly 100 hours, according to a Myrtle Beach Police Department incident report.
Online records show Adel Mansour, 47, is charged with third-degree assault and battery.
Police responded to Tuscanini’s Restaurant around 11:30 p.m. after receiving a report of an assault. The victim says he approached Mansour about not getting paid for 94 hours of work at $9 an hour. During their discussion, the suspect went back inside the restaurant and retrieved a club, the report says.
