Nick Gordon found himself back behind bars after violating the terms of his pre-trial release.
According to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office in Sanford, Florida, Gordon, 29, was arrested Monday night.
His mugshot, placed on the sheriff’s website, shows him with a scruffy beard and wearing a yellow shirt — the same from his arrest on March 10.
It’s unclear if bail will be made available to him as his court date is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday.
According to the Daily Mail, Gordon was booked for ignoring the no-contact order put into place — something his girlfriend Laura Leal asked the judge to drop.
Someone alerted authorities that he was sleeping over at Leal’s home when he was picked up.
Gordon was arrested 10 days ago on a domestic violence charge in Sanford. He was charged with battery-touch or strike in the incident.
The troubled couple engaged in a bitter fight the night of his arrest. He claims that Leal attacked him by throwing a bottle and tearing his shirt.
Leal says he struck her on the right side of the face several times while driving him home from a bar.
She refused to press charges.
Gordon was arrested on similar battery charges in June 2017.
