Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Lynne Curtin’s troubled daughter had another run-in with the law.
Alexa Curtin was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, according to The Blast. The incident took place on June 6, 2017, but she was officially charged on April 18, 2018 in Orange County court.
She is set to be arraigned this June.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that the Costa Mesa Police went to investigate an accident at 2:45 p.m. when they noticed that Alexa appeared to be under the influence of something. They then conducted a field sobriety test, according to The Blast, and she failed. She later took a blood test and Klonopin and opioids were found in her system.
Curtin was charged with possession of controlled substance paraphernalia in late February. She was wanted on an arrest warrant just a week prior for keying her boyfriend’s car during an argument.
She was recently awarded $2.25 million in a lawsuit against Orange County and deputy sheriff Nicholas Lee Caropino over an alleged sexual assault that happened in 2014 as well.
Alexa’s mom was a “Housewife” during Seasons 4 (2008-2009) and 5 (2009-2010). She appeared as a friend of cast members during Season 6 (2011).
