Cops busted a drug ring and confiscated a range of narcotics and a gun during a raid in Queens, officials said Friday.
Police officers arrested four men and a woman in the Wednesday morning raid, which netted 138 baggies and seven jars of crystal meth, 11 pounds of marijuana and two bags of psychedelic mushrooms in a house on 69th St. near 41st Ave. in Woodside.
They also found 79 oxycodone pills, 103 MDMA pills, 47 clonazepam pills, 142 alprazolam pills and 50 amphetamine pills.
The gun was found in a rear third-floor bedroom along with eight boxes of .25 caliber ammunition, officials said.
“These arrests should serve as a warning to other drug dealers that the law enforcement community will continue to aggressively track down those who traffic in drugs,” Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said Friday.
Jasper Davis, 26, Alnerfo Orfanei, 64, Alex Herrera, 56, Josephine Paguio, 55, and Marilyn Castro, 45, were arraigned on drug charges Thursday night.
Davis lives in Elmhurst. Orfanei lives in Bogota, N.J. The other three suspects all live in Woodside, according to prosecutors.
Queens Criminal Court Judge Eugene Guarino set bail at $300,000 for Herrera; $100,000 for both Davis and Castro; $50,000 for Paguio; and $10,000 for Orfanei.
They face up to 10 years in prison if convicted on the top charges.
